REVIEW ~ Tales of the Red Moon ClanBook Junkie Reviews
5 Flowers "Do you ever start reading a book and keep saying to yourself, wow, "I love this book", I kept thinking I just couldn't wait to find out what happened next? When I was asked to read Tales of the Red Moon Clan by author Cherie De Sues I jumped at the chance since I can't get enough of those sexy shifters and reading the blurb I was more than enticed. I thought the above a lot (oh, I just love this book), & there was frankly so much action and it was so well written that I was captured from the moment I started. |
REVIEW ~ The Ghosts of O'Malley's CoveThe Romance Reviews
5 Stars "All I can say is, WOW what a book!! I could not put this book down and I couldn't turn the pages fast enough. This is a great tale of magic, love, murder, a sociopathic killer, and poltergeists out for revenge...This is the first book by Cherie De Sues that I've ever read, and I have to say that she is an extremely talented writer. I was very quickly drawn into the story and into the characters' lives and emotions...Ms De Sues did a wonderful job. I could actually picture the events in my mind as I read. This is a fast-paced, spooky, erotic, romantic and sometimes humorous book. If you love paranormal, mystery and hot erotic romance, this is definitely the book for you." |
REVIEW ~ West SalemBy Long & Short of It (LAS)
4.5 STARS If you're looking for a story with a blend of just about everything...romance, mystery, paranormal elements, you'll love this story. I enjoyed it from start to finish and especially liked the pairing of the police detective and witch. Ms. De Sues did a wonderful job drawing me into the story. The opening scenes are described in such a way I really felt like I was in the scene experiencing this area of the California coast, and the community of witches. Daniel, her partner in helping her solve the vicious murder, is likeable and very realistic. Even though he's a mortal and she's not, you get a feeling that this will be a good match, both on and off the job. Despite this being a full length novel, the pacing was fast. I found myself reading more and more at each sitting to find out what would happen next. The secondary characters are well drawn too and everyone's dialogue is natural sounding. I thought the mystery and romance was well balanced. I must admit I'm partial to a good suspense story. This was the first time I'd read one that was a solid mystery with a paranormal twist. Something I'm now hooked on and would like to see more of. If you're looking for something fun to curl up with during these last few weeks of winter, check out West Salem. |
REVIEW ~ Dangerous CurvesThe Romance Reviews
5 Stars Edge of your seat action, European high fashion, and all kinds of seriously steamy luvin'. When you sit down don't plan on getting back up, it's going to be a wild ride you won't want to miss. I loved that the story was about a confident rubenesque woman who held the world in her hand. I can't think of another story about a larger size woman where the woman never worried about getting naked in front of a lover or the few extra pounds she carried. How totally refreshing! Thank you, Cherie De Sues, for finding another way to give Selena a real sense of flawed humanity without it having to be about her weight or shape for the whole book. This one is for everyone out there who loves a kick-ass heroine who sports stiletto shoes, not stiletto knives, and who is more comfortable with the shooting of a camera than a gun. Both deserve the alpha man in the end, this one deserves the picket fence, too. Enjoy!" BOOK JUNKIE REVIEW 5 Flowers "A wonderfully entertaining and fresh suspenseful romance that I know any romance fan will love to read, your heart will be happy you did. At times gripping and heartbreaking you won't be able to put it down." |
REVIEW ~ TriageHappily Every After Reviews
5 Teacups! "This is a really good story. Sometimes a book just speaks to you, makes you really feel what the characters are going through and you know that you are reading an author who knows what he or she is doing—Triage is that kind of book. I enjoyed every second of it. The characters are hot while maintaining believability in suspenseful situations. I think anyone who likes action packed, smart writing with an edge, and a hot hero...is going to love this book...I will be picking up more of this author’s work. I recommend you go buy this book." |
REVIEW ~ Lacy: A Bad Girl's RomanceHappily Ever After Reviews
5 Teacups! Lorien's Review: Lacy: A Bad Girl's Romance by Cherie De Sues is a fantastic story that will keep you on edge with excitement. The book contains a ton of action and plenty of emotional tension between Lacy Hennessey and Dr. Josh Davenport. As an enforcer for the Irish mob, Lacy is on a mission to track down the last man who killed her father and Josh is the perfect alibi. From the first page, I knew I was going to like this book. Lacy is a bad-ass heroine and I admired her strong mind and capability. I loved the twist that Cherie De Sues has put on the plot. The sex scenes were hot! If you’re looking for a romantic suspense story with action-packed fun, I highly recommend you pick up this book. |
REVIEW ~ South of the BorderGot Erotic Romance Reviews
4.5 Diamonds For the military romance lovers out there, Cherie De Sues needs to go to the top of their ‘must-read’ pile. The romance element is front and center, the two main characters finding their way through their feelings and attraction as they continue to fight and figure out exactly what is happening with the other pieces of the story. South of the Border is an intense read...you won’t be able to put it down. |
REVIEW ~ To Love A ThiefHappily Ever After Reviews
5 Tea Cups! TO LOVE A THIEF is a...fast-paced...action/adventure romance...an extremely enjoyable read with great characters and a good plot. The characters are very well-written, as they are the sort of characters that are both likable and incredibly interesting... The best part of this novella is without a doubt the plot, as it is excellent and which Chérie De Sues delivers even better than expected." |
